I attended University in New Zealand where I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Tax. I then worked in New Zealand as an accountant before making the move to Australia in 2021.
I picked up running 2.5 years ago after I stopped playing competitive basketball as a means to keep fit. I fell in-love with the process of continuous improvement and how running made me feel physically and mentally.
During this time I've trialled and tested a wide range of training styles and managed to run a 2:57 in my second marathon. Running has allowed me to create a life that I can't wait to wake up to every morning. Now, I want to help others do the same.
It makes me happy seeing others find the same joy I do in running, and achieve goals they never thought possible. We are so much more capable than we think - with the right plan and mindset, I truly think you can achieve anything.

Everyone has different goals, careers, family commitments, and time constraints, there is no one-size fits all. That's why during our introduction call we will work together to figure out what approach is best for you.

Following the call I will review your situation, commitments & goals to build your personalised plan. The training plan will be set weekly, working towards to your agreed long term goals.
Plans will be delivered weekly via TrainingPeaks. These will be set weekly, but adjusted whenever it is required. Life can change. Success comes from being adaptable.
